Wrist saver
Saved my wrists and forearms while I was learning to snow board. They are very comfortable and you almost forget that you are wearing them.

I have no complaints but would like to see a version with a splint on the top of the wrist for more protection. I have used these for snowboarding and skateboarding. The reduced mobility does take a day or so to get used to, but that is also why they protect you.
Best wrist guard available
I've had my Dakine wrist guards for over 10 years and in that time I've have been extremely happy to be wearing them or I would have screwed up my hands more than once. Some very hard falls weather on frozen snow or simply a wrong move, landing hands first. The steel reinforcement is simply the best best protection money can buy. What's most incredible is that the product is still available, after so many years, and has not changed to some funky, odd feeling, less effective product, etc as many companies tend to do now days. Its not time to purchase new ones. Thank thank a snow man they still make them!!!
