The Dakine 2L Hydrapak design of the Replacement Reservoir is engineered to be durable and easy use. The Shape-Loc center baffle adds some rigidity to the shape of the bladder, which cuts down on shifting of water weight while you're in motion, and makes for a more resilient design. While the wide mouth opening and plug-and-play connecters make it easy to fill, drain, and clean. And, of course, it's BPA and PVC free.

Best Hydration Reservoir
I purchased this to replace a well-loved and used prior edition. Dakine has made the reservoir even better since my last one. First, it is so easy to open and fill—no spilling or mess. Second, the baffle in the middle keeps the bag open so that it dries very quickly. And the bite attachment works beautifully with one hand. This is a fantastic reservoir to keep you hydrated for hours.

is this the correct one for a dakine poacher RAS 26 L ? Do i need any other component to make it work? asking since it's called "replacement" and maybe there's something im missing.

I have used your products for over 10 years and have been pleased with both the performance and longevity of your products My question is: why for the DAKINE REPLACEMENT RESERVOIR 2L did you switch to plug-play connection as opposed to the connectors you have used in the past for this product and currently use for the 3L bladder ? How do you open and fill the hydrapak?
The Gray clip slides left or right. Once the clip is removed, the bladder will open so you can fill. If you have further questions, please reach out to store@dakine.com
I think there may have been some sort of confusion with the product description, as it's a "Replacement Reservoir 2L", but the dimension and features contain things like "2445 cubic inches [ 40L ]", "4.3 lbs. [ 1.9kg ]", "6mm AL internal frame for stable carry" or "Integrated rescue whistle / sternum strap".
